Cheese and Strawberry Dessert

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Packet 250 grams Memories Digestive Biscuits, ground
- ¾ Cup Melted butter
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Cheese mixture:
- 4 Teaspoons Unflavored gelatin
- 1 ¼ Cup Hot water
- 500 Grams Soft cream cheese
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Grated lemon rind
- 12 Pieces Strawberries, chopped
Topping:
- 2 Packets 85 grams Strawberry Jelly
- 1 Cup Hot water
2 Cups Cold water
PREPERATION
1. Bring a 9*13-inch deep serving dish.
2. In a bowl, put the biscuits, butter and cinnamon and mix with your fingertips until well mixed. Put in the dish and press well. Refrigerate.
3. Cheese mixture: dissolve the gelatin in the hot water. Whisk the cheese and sugar until very smooth. Stir in the gelatin and lemon rind. Pour over the biscuit. Refrigerate.
4. Topping: dissolve the jelly in the hot water. Add the cold water.
5. Place the Strawberries on the cheese. Pour the jelly. Refrigerate.
