Memories Mamool

INGREDIENTS

2 Packet Ground Memories tea biscuit

1 Packet (155 gm) Cream

1/2 Cup Date paste

1 Small spoon Fine cardamom

1 Small spoon Fine cinnamon

For decoration: powdered sugar

PREPERATION

1. In a deep plate, put Memories tea biscuits and cream; stir by your fingers to get soft dough.
2. In a plate, put the dates, cardamom, and cinnamon; stir the ingredients to mix, and then shape them into small balls.
3. Take a piece of dough, shape it as a round flat loaf, put a date ball in the middle. Get the dough around the dates and then put it in Mamool mold. Press the dough ball to get Mamool’s shape, and then put Mamool in a short-edged tray.
4. Heat the oven till it is 170°C; bake Memories Mamool until its color turns golden. Let it cool down completely, spread sugar over it, and serve it.

 

 

Umm Ali

INGREDIENTS

6 Piece Memories Butter puff pastry

2 Large spoon Crushed nutmeg

2 Large spoon Crushed hazelnut

2 Large spoon Raisins

2 Large spoon Coconut

1 Packet Sweetened milk

2.5 Cup Water

1/2 Small spoon Powdered cinnamon

PREPERATION

1. Bring individual glass plates or a large oven plate. Break Memories Butter puff pastry, spread it in the plates, and then spread the mixed nuts, Raisins, and coconut.
2. In a (cooking) pot, heat the milk, water, and cinnamon. Spread the mixture in the plates; let them a few minutes to absorb the mixture.
3. Heat the oven till it is 160°C; put the plate in the oven until it color turns golden, and then serve it hot.

 

 

Anise Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

2 Packet Ground Memories Tea Biscuit

1 One packet (155 gm) Cream

1 Small spoon Powdered anise

PREPERATION

1. Put Memories Biscuit, cream, and anise in a deep plate. Stir them by your fingers to get soft dough.
2. Using the rolling-pin, extend the dough between two pieces of parchment papers, so that its thickness becomes 1/2 inch.
3. Cut the biscuits into finger-like shapes using a knife.
4. Heat the oven till it is 180°C, put the biscuits in short-edged trays, and then bake them until they turn to golden color. Let them cool down completely.

 

 

Peach mousse

 

INGREDIENTS

3 Packet Memories Vanilla cream wafer cut into pieces

1.5 Cup Yogurt/ curd

2 Large spoon Honey

2 Cup Squashed peach

2 Large spoon Black gelatin

1/2 Cup Hot water

PREPERATION

1. Bring glass cups or a glass service plate; spread wafer pieces into the cups.
2. In a deep plate, put the yogurt, honey, and peach; stir by a fork until they mix well and stick together.
3. Dissolve the gelatin in water, add it to the mixture and stir.
4. Pour the mousse in cups over wafer, and then put it in the refrigerator to be sticky. Now it is ready for service.

 

 

Glasses of Cream & Strawberry

 

INGREDIENTS

2 Packet Ground Memories Tea Biscuits

2 Packet (155 gm) Cream

1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

1 Cup Minced strawberry

For decoration: Minced strawberry

PREPERATION

1. Bring transparent service glasses; put some pieces of ground Memories Tea Biscuits in the glasses.
2. In the mixer’s bowl, put the cream, sugar and strawberry; fix the whisk and turn the mixer on for the ingredients to mix.
3. Pour the cream mixture in glasses over the ground biscuits’ layer.
4. Spread the remaining Memories biscuits over the mixture. Keep the glasses in the cooler (refrigerator) for the mixture to cool down completely. Garnish the glasses with strawberry and serve them.

 

 

Wafer with toffee sauce

 

INGREDIENTS

4 Packet Memories Hazelnut cream-filled wafer

Toffee sauce

1 Cup Sugar

1 Large spoon Water

1 Cup Liquid cream

PREPERATION

1. Toffee sauce: In a small (cooking) pot, put sugar and water, and then put the pot on moderate fire with gentle whipping from time to time until the sugar melts and turns into golden color.
2. Add cream carefully, let it boil for 3 minutes, and then take it away from fire. Let it cool down completely.
3. Pour toffee sauce in small-size plates, and serve it with Hazelnut cream.

 

 

Cheese and Strawberry Dessert

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Packet 250 grams Memories Digestive Biscuits, ground
  • ¾ Cup Melted butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Cheese mixture:

  • 4 Teaspoons  Unflavored gelatin
  • 1 ¼ Cup Hot water
  • 500 Grams Soft cream cheese
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Grated lemon rind
  • 12 Pieces  Strawberries, chopped

Topping:

  • 2 Packets 85 grams Strawberry Jelly
  • 1 Cup Hot water

2 Cups Cold water

PREPERATION

1. Bring a 9*13-inch deep serving dish.
2. In a bowl, put the biscuits, butter and cinnamon and mix with your fingertips until well mixed. Put in the dish and press well. Refrigerate.
3. Cheese mixture: dissolve the gelatin in the hot water. Whisk the cheese and sugar until very smooth. Stir in the gelatin and lemon rind. Pour over the biscuit. Refrigerate.
4. Topping: dissolve the jelly in the hot water. Add the cold water.
5. Place the Strawberries on the cheese. Pour the jelly. Refrigerate.

 

 

Date & Coconut Dessert

 

INGREDIENTS

3 Packet Memories date cookies

1/2 Cup Soft coconut

1/2 Small spoon Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Melted butter

1 Packet Sweetened milk

1 Cup Soft creamy cheese

1/4 Cup Ground pistachio

For decoration: chocolate

PREPERATION

1. In the food processor’s vessel, put memories biscuit, coconut and cinnamon, and then turn it on to become soft. Add the butter and turn it on to mix together.
2. Put the mix in a 9-inch mold, and then press to produce flat flake.
3. Heat the oven till it is 180°, and then put the mold inside it for 10 minutes.
4. In a deep plate, put the milk and cheese to mix, spread the mix overt the biscuit, spread the pistachio. Get the mold back to the oven for 15 minutes for its components to hold together.
5. Get the mold out of the oven, let it cool down completely, and then serve it.
